Sindu Valley Technologies Limited, originally incorporated as Jhunjhunu Investments Limited on was incorporated on 19 th March 1976 under the Companies Act, 1956. Further pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of Jhunjhunu Investments Limited, the name of Jhunjhunu Investments Limited was changed to Sindu Valley Technologies Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 12th December 2000 pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Karnataka. The name of the Company has been changed to Sindu Valley Technologies Limited on 12th December 2000 and the Company was into Computers - Software & Consulting. Bhadra Paper Mills Limited has taken over 73.55 % shares of promoters on 17 th June 2021.

Bhadra Paper Mills Limited (Bhadra)was originally incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in the name of Bhadra Packaids Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated on June 8, 1984 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, Karnataka. Further pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of Bhadra held on June 15, 2018, the name of Bhadra was changed to Bhadra Paper Mills Private Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 28, 2018 pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, Karnataka. Further pursuant to a special resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of Bhadra held on August 13, 2018, Bhadra Paper Mills Private Limited was converted from private limited to public limited as Bhadra Paper Mills Limited and subsequently a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 28, 2018 consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company was issued by ROC, Bangalore, Karnataka. The company was taken over in the year 2011 by the current Management – Mr. Subbaraju Lakshman and Mr. Madesh Lakshman, seasoned entrepreneurs in paper industry for decades. The factory is located on the banks of river Bhadra in Bhadravathi, Shimoga District, Karnataka and has a market in Karnataka, Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Goa.

Bhadra manufacture diverse and multi-application range of paperboards and allied products and are focused in the production and marketing of paperboard products for packing, packaging and stationery segments of the paper industry. Bhadra product portfolio includes duplex board, file board, chipboard, grey board and colour board of various GSMs.

Sindu Valley Technologies Limited has changed the object clause and is more into manufacture and trading of Paper and Paper Boards. Pursuant to the shifting of Registered Office of Sindu Valley Technologies Limited to Bangalore, Karnataka a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued vide CIN: L21000KA1976PLC173212. The Company is yet to commence its business after acquisition.
